1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your access to and use of Urolog: Bladder Insight (the «App»). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Echelon App Limited. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Access
- You may not need an account to use the App. Certain features may require authentication through Apple or other providers.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and any credentials used to access the App.
- Do not share access credentials or allow anyone else to use your copy of the App in a way that violates these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, In‑App Purchases, and Trials
- Some features may be offered as paid one‑time purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple. Pricing and terms are shown in the App or on the App Store listing.
- Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations for subscriptions and in‑app purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. For details and to manage your subscription, use your Apple ID settings.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. We may change trial availability at any time.
5. Content You Add
You may add notes, entries, tags, timestamps, and other content («User Content»). You retain all rights to your User Content. By adding User Content, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use it only as necessary to operate and improve the App, provide support, and comply with law. We do not use health‑related User Content for advertising or marketing.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content and use of the App comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
6. Optional Integrations
- iCloud backup/sync: If enabled, your data is stored in your iCloud account under Apple’s terms and security. You control iCloud settings via iOS Settings. Disabling iCloud may affect availability of your data across devices.
- Apple Health (HealthKit): If the App integrates with HealthKit and you grant permission, the App will read/write only the data types you authorize. HealthKit data is not used for marketing, tracking, or advertising and is not shared with third parties except to provide the requested feature. You can revoke permissions in iOS Settings.
If a feature is not present in your version of the App, this section does not apply.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any manner that violates law or the rights of others.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except as allowed by applicable law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.
- Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code.
- Use the App to collect or process personal data about others without lawful basis and consent where required.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to the App.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Echelon App Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, all rights are reserved.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to install and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
9. Third‑Party Services
The App may rely on or link to third‑party services (including Apple services). Your use of those services may be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully: see the «Urolog: Bladder Insight Privacy Policy» page.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided «AS IS» and «AS AVAILABLE» without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echelon App Limited and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid (if any) for the App or in‑App services during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD $10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Echelon App Limited and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Changes to the App and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must stop all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
16. Governing Law and Venue
If you reside in the UK or the EEA, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant you additional rights where you live. If you reside elsewhere, the governing law will be the laws of your place of residence, and local courts will have jurisdiction, except where local law requires otherwise.
17. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations. You may not use or access the App if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S., UK, or EU sanctions, or if you are on a restricted party list.
